Originally from Grafton, Wisconsin, Dr. Austin Schopbach earned his bachelor’s degree in Bioscience with a minor in German from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before attending Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, where he earned his dental degree.

For Dr. Austin, dentistry is the perfect blend of science, creativity, and working with people. He enjoys helping patients better understand their oral health and believes that a positive dental experience starts with clear communication, trust, and a little bit of humor along the way.

Outside of the office, Dr. Austin enjoys singing, playing musical instruments, cooking and trying new foods, and spending time with his family. He comes from a close-knit family and says their reunions tend to be equal parts loud and fun.

Music has long been an important part of Dr. Austin’s life. During college, he was a member of an award-winning all-male a cappella group. He also holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, bringing an interesting mix of creativity and discipline to his life outside of dentistry.
