Pay at the Time of Your Visit
You can pay for your visit using cash, check, or credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card transactions include a 3% merchant fee.
Payment in Full Discount
Patients without insurance or the Smart Choice plan may receive a 5% discount when paying in full by cash or check at the time of service.Â
