Dr. Kimberly Flores-Wilson

Dr. Kim grew up in sunny Miami, Florida, where her interest in dentistry began at a young age—she was known as “the kid who brought a toothbrush to school.” She completed her undergraduate degree at Loyola University in New Orleans, followed by a Master of Science at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Before pursuing her dental degree, Dr. Kim worked as a scientist for a year. She then attended Marquette University School of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry in northern Wisconsin for the past few years.

In early summer, Dr. Kim and her husband welcomed their first child, Mikael Kai Elijah (Kai), and are excited to have relocated to Madison. She is embracing her new role as a mom and is thrilled to join the First Choice Dental family.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Kim is an adventurous foodie and talented home cook. During her time in rural Wisconsin, she perfected dishes like Doro Wot, Tom Kha Gai, Pho, Som Tum, and Baleadas. She also enjoys creative pursuits such as photography, poetry, and reading. Dr. Kim loves traveling, especially to beach destinations, and speaks Spanish fluently. She stays active through swimming and hiking and is proud cat mom to three feline companions: Taj, Jai, and Rajah.
