About Dr. Amber Ackerman

Dr. Amber Ackerman earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master’s in Dental Public Health from A.T. Still University – Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wofford College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Originally from Delaware, Dr. Ackerman brings a passion for both personalized patient care and community health to her work.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ackerman enjoys exploring new coffee shops, strength training, and creating digital content. She’s an avid traveler, and one of her favorite destinations so far has been Montenegro. She’s also a big fan of Thai and Indian cuisine.

Dr. Ackerman comes from a large and lively family—she has seven brothers and many nieces and nephews. A fun milestone in her life: she got married just one week before graduating from dental school!
