Dr. Eric Umhoefer

Dr. Eric grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin, and has always been passionate about helping others. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and went on to complete his dental degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry. Dr. Eric has a strong commitment to giving back and has participated in dental mission trips to Haiti, which he describes as truly rewarding experiences.

In his free time, Dr. Eric loves spending time outdoors. He enjoys activities like running, biking, hiking, golfing, disc golfing, and playing pickleball and volleyball. He’s also an avid sports fan who loves cheering on the Packers, Badgers, Bucks, and Brewers. Dr. Eric has a special place in his heart for his family cottage on Long Lake in Central Wisconsin, where he enjoys relaxing and making memories.

Travel is another passion of Dr. Eric’s. He’s visited the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Mexico and is eager to explore destinations like Hawaii, Germany, and Thailand. At home, he and his long-time girlfriend, Madeline, adore their 4-year-old dog, Teddy—a beloved foster fail who’s a mix of Chihuahua, Labrador Retriever, Rat Terrier, and Supermutt.

Dr. Eric is also a big fan of spicy foods and enjoys cuisines like Italian, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, and Thai. He is excited to bring his enthusiasm for life and patient-centered care to his role as the lead doctor at our Downtown clinic.
