Dr. Kapil Thacker

Dr. Thacker’s hometown is Schaumburg, Illinois. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign before earning his dental degree at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine.

Here are some fun facts about Dr. Thacker:  

• He enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with his fiancé, “attempting” to golf (haha), and shopping.
• Dr. Thacker enjoys visiting tropical destinations where he can enjoy the beach. His favorites so far have been St. Thomas and the US Virgin Islands (where he got engaged last February).
• He enjoys boating, spa days, and listening to the cool ocean breeze.
• Even though beach vacations are his favorite, he says that he managed to forget how to swim, so as much as he likes to spend time poolside or by the ocean, he doesn’t go more than 3 inches deep. (As you can see, Dr. Thacker has a fun personality.)
• His traveling bucket list includes Switzerland and The Maldives.
• He likes trying new recipes and new restaurants. When he moved to Wisconsin, he discovered his love of a good Friday night fish fry.
• He doesn’t have any pets right now, but he hopes to get a Bichon Frisé (or a German Shephard if he can get his fiancé to agree!).
