About Dr. Summer Belayet

Dr. Summer Belayet grew up on a hobby farm in East Troy, Wisconsin, where her love for animals and the outdoors first began. She attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences before going on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Summer enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether hiking, riding horses, or downhill skiing, she finds joy and balance in nature. Her family includes her husband, Jawad, their daughter, Inara, and their newest addition, Rehan. Together, they recently moved to Verona and are loving their new community.

Dr. Summer’s home is full of furry (and one four-hooved) friends—her two Pomeranians, Penny and Lenny, a mini Australian shepherd named Toby, and her Icelandic horse, Rokkur. A lifelong vegetarian, she enjoys discovering new plant-based meals and is always happy with anything in that realm. Compassionate, adventurous, and family-oriented, Dr. Summer brings warmth and enthusiasm to both her patients and her community.
