This past Saturday, we hosted our second annual Extraction Mentorship Clinic (EMC)—a full day focused on hands-on learning and clinical growth. With guidance from expert mentors, Dr. Sami Kawas and Dr. Dave Penwell, nine of our dentists participated in live patient experiences, enhancing their surgical skills and deepening their understanding of advanced techniques.
Why does this matter to our patients? Because behind every treatment we offer is a team that’s actively working to improve—through continuing education, collaboration, and mentorship. Dentistry is an ever-evolving field, and we believe staying current is key to providing safe, comfortable, and effective care.
Whether it’s learning the most up-to-date surgical techniques or strengthening diagnostic precision, hands-on training like the EMC ensures our team continues to grow—and our patients continue to benefit.
